Job Overview As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and medical staff, while supporting both administrative and clinical functions. Key Responsibilities- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Manager, including: o Patient registration and appointment scheduling o Recording medical histories o Dispensing medication accurately o Updating medical billing and invoicing systems o Reconciliation of daily cash and electronic transactions
- Assist and chaperone doctors during patient consultations and examinations
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are well-stocked and clean
- Conduct monthly inventory of medications and consumables
- Communicate effectively with patients to address inquiries and provide assistance
- Comply with all clinic policies, procedures and safety protocols
- Able to work shifts (morning/ afternoon/ night)
- Willingness to work at different clinic locations within the organization when needed Requirements
- Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent or healthcare experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinic or healthcare setting (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with clinical tools and basic medical procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking patients Additional Information
