- Full-time
- 28-40 hours per week
- Shift-based schedule (must be comfortable with rotating shifts)
Salary:
$2,800 - $3,500/month (negotiable based on experience)- 1.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register patients and manage front desk operations
- Assist doctors during consultations and procedures
- Dispense medications and explain basic usage instructions
- Handle billing and payment collection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment
- Perform basic administrative and data entry duties
- Support telemedicine operations where required
REQUIREMENTS
- Willing to work shifts
- Willing to learn on the job
- Passionate about patient care
- Able to work in a team
- Good digital skills (comfortable with computer systems)
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Malay or Tamil is a bonus
- Responsible, patient-focused and able to work in a team
