You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing essential administrative and clinical support. Key ResponsibilitiesFront-of-House & Registration:
Greet patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle new patient registration and queue management.Financial Processing:
Collect payments, issue invoices/receipts, and perform daily closing of accounts. Familiarity with digital payment platforms is a plus.Insurance Coordination:
Assist patients with the preparation and submission of medical insurance claims and direct billing procedures.Data & Report Management:
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Efficiently manage, file, and track patient lab results and medical reports to ensure timely follow-ups.Pharmacy Support:
Accurately pack and dispense medications according to doctor's prescriptions. Provide clear instructions to patients regarding dosage and side effects.Patient Communication:
Explaining medical procedures, prep requirements, or medication instructions clearly.Work Schedule:
