We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Assistant to join our team. Position Overview This is an entry to mid-level position. We welcome both experienced candidates and those eager to learn, and training is available as needed. We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and comfortable working in both administrative and clinical settings. We value a positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities Administrative Duties:

Answering phones and assisting patients Scheduling appointments Checking in patients Insurance verification Faxing, emailing, scanning, and uploading documents into charts

Clinical Duties:

Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs Assisting with patient care Performing EKGs Administering injections and vaccines Documenting patient information in EMR Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (EMR experience is a plus) Reliable, punctual, and professional Prior medical experience is a plus, but not required Consistent attendance, punctuality, and professionalism are essential for this role Compensation & Benefits Starting pay at $17/hour , with performance-based increases Raise evaluation after 6 months based on performance Opportunities for growth and increased responsibilities over time Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week after 90 days 2 weeks per year after 1 year of employment Why Join Us No weekends Stable weekday schedule Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction describing your availability and why you are interested in this position.
