In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service while supporting medical staff with clinical and administrative tasks. Duties Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and current medications accurately to support clinical assessments Prepare patients for examinations by taking measurements, preparing patients for and assisting with procedures and specimen collection Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake processes, and follow-up communications efficiently to optimize clinic flow Maintain accurate documentation of ICD coding, medical records, and insurance information in compliance with healthcare regulations Support clinical staff with tasks related to inpatient or outpatient care, including room preparation and equipment sterilization Experience Prior experience in women's health ideal. Demonstrated proficiency with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle intake processes and vital signs collection confidently This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their healthcare career within a supportive environment that values professionalism and compassion.
