Full-Time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts About the Position A busy outpatient medical facility in Riverhead is seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Medical Assistant to join the clinical team. This role requires flexibility to work within extended clinic hours, between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM , while maintaining a standard 40-hour workweek . The position is ideal for a Medical Assistant who is comfortable floating between clinical and front-desk responsibilities as needed. What You'll Be Doing Support providers with clinical back-office duties during patient visits Perform rooming, vitals, intake, and basic clinical procedures Assist with phlebotomy and bloodwork when needed Provide front desk coverage including check-in, scheduling, and patient flow support as needed Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR Deliver professional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Medical Assistant experience required Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) required Phlebotomy experience preferred Comfortable working both clinical and front desk roles Flexibility to work varying shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Why This Role Is a Great Fit Full-time position with consistent 40-hour schedule Competitive hourly compensation Dynamic role with variety across clinical and administrative work Supportive team environment with opportunity for long-term growth
