The Role We're looking for a Clinic Assistant / Medical Assistant who is warm with patients, detail-obsessed, polished, and excited to support both patient care and daily clinic flow. This is not a traditional back-office role. You are a patient support person, clinical flow assistant, brand representative, and operations helper who helps the clinic run smoothly. The primary focus of this position is supporting patient flow, including rooming patients, confirming forms and consents, taking before-and-after photos, resetting treatment rooms, stocking supplies, and helping the clinical team stay on schedule. You'll help create a seamless experience by making sure patients are prepared, rooms are ready, providers are supported, and the clinic feels organized and welcoming. The right person for this role values teamwork, cleanliness, discretion, professionalism, and a luxury-level patient experience. Clinic Assistant / Medical Assistant Responsibilities (What You'll Do) Greet and room patients with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Confirm required intake forms, consents, medical history updates, and treatment paperwork are completed before appointments Assist with patient preparation before services and notify providers of any concerns, delays, or special needs Take and upload before-and-after photos according to Drips Spa protocol Support medical weight loss visits by assisting with InBody scans, weight updates, basic intake flow, and documentation support as directed Assist with room turnover, sanitation, and treatment room reset between appointments Stock treatment rooms with appropriate supplies, linens, products, and materials Maintain snacks, drinks, and hospitality areas so the patient experience feels polished and intentional Support providers by pulling supplies, preparing rooms, and helping appointments stay on time Communicate clearly with the front desk and clinical team regarding patient arrival status, room readiness, and schedule flow Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment throughout the day Follow infection-control standards, safety protocols, confidentiality expectations, and clinic policies Represent Drips Spa's brand values in every single interaction — empowerment, expertise, and transformation Clinic Assistant / Medical Assistant Qualifications (Who You Are) You are warm, polished, reliable, and professional You enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, prepared, and cared for You are detail-oriented — incomplete forms, messy rooms, missing supplies, and unclear communication are not things you let slip You stay calm when it is busy and can move quickly without compromising quality You take initiative and look for what needs to be done without waiting to be asked You communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, providers, and team members You understand the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism in a medical spa setting You are comfortable using computers, EMR systems, and contemporary software applications You can follow protocols, checklists, and safety standards consistently Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant certification or clinical assistant experience preferred Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare, wellness, or luxury service environment preferred Familiarity with Aesthetic Record or similar EMR/practice management software preferred Experience with patient rooming, intake forms, consents, photos, vitals, or InBody scans preferred Strong interest in aesthetics, wellness, client experience, and long-term growth within Drips Spa Schedule & Compensation Part-time position; schedule may include weekdays, Fridays, and Saturdays based on clinic needs Saturday availability is strongly preferred Hours may vary based on patient demand, training, and clinic scheduling needs $19-$24/hr based on experience and qualifications, with growth opportunities, paid training, employee discounts, and performance-based bonus opportunities Company-paid training and ongoing education opportunities Employee discounts on Drips Spa services and cosmetic products Supportive team culture and opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand Job Type:
