About Addora Plastic SurgeryAddora Plastic Surgery is a specialty private practice in Rye Brook, NY dedicated to breast reconstruction, cosmetic breast and body surgery, and general plastic surgery. Led by a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and fellowship-trained microsurgeon, we are building a patient-centered practice where every individual receives a genuinely personal and exceptional experience. Description About the Practice Addora Plastic Surgery is a specialty private practice opening in Rye Brook, NY in August 2026, dedicated to breast cancer reconstruction, cosmetic breast and body surgery, and general plastic surgery. We are building a patient-centered environment where every individual receives a genuinely personal and exceptional experience. We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join us as a founding team member and help us build something meaningful from the ground up. About the Role This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in a close-knit, dynamic environment and is excited to be part of a clinical practice from its very beginning. Because we are a launching practice, this role offers an incredible variety of experiences combining clinical care, patient relations, and brand growth. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to grow with us for the long term. Responsibilities Patient rooming, vital signs, and preparation for consultations and clinical appointments Pre-operative and post-operative clinical care support under direct physician supervision Prior authorization coordination in partnership with our billing team Front desk coverage including scheduling, check-in, check-out, and warm patient communication Supporting the practice's social media presence (Instagram and Facebook) by creating, scheduling, and community-managing content in alignment with practice guidelines Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment Ordering and managing medical and office supplies What We Are Looking For A warm, attentive, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for surgical patient care Commitment to a concierge-level patient experience in a specialty surgical setting Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and adapt fluidly as the practice grows Strong verbal and written communication skills with a team-first attitude Reliable, highly detail-oriented, and eager to expand your clinical skill set Comfortable and active on social media platforms, with an eye for creating engaging content that reflects a premium medical brand Prior experience in a plastic surgery or surgical specialty office is preferred, but an exceptional attitude and willingness to learn are our top priorities Qualifications Medical Assistant certification preferred BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Prior clinical office experience preferred Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week What We Offer $23 to $26 per hour, commensurate with experience Health insurance benefits available Paid time off (PTO) The unique opportunity to be a foundational member of a premier private practice As a specialty private practice led by our owner and medical director, we pride ourselves on the flexibility and personal attention that a large hospital institution simply cannot offer.
