Overview At Score Physical Therapy & Recovery, we don't just treat injuries, we optimize performance. Our system blends osteopathic manual therapy with a state-of-the-art Recovery Lounge, delivering a results-driven approach to healing, regeneration, and performance. Play Hard. Recover Well. Live Younger. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Medical Assistant/Clinic Technician to play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that involves working directly with patients and advanced recovery technology on a daily basis. Our clinic hours are Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Part-time team members typically work from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, though schedules may vary based on clinic needs. This position requires a long-term commitment and is not intended for short-term summer employment. Employees may use clinic recovery modalities during off times. Key Responsibilities Deliver a high-quality patient experience and exceptional care Guide patients through recovery sessions while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Learn and confidently explain recovery modalities, guiding patients through each session Support client sales, memberships, and contribute to overall revenue growth Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic flow and seamless patient experience. Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented mindset while adapting to changing day-to-day tasks and clinic needs Experience Experience as medical assistant/aide Background in sports, kinesiology, or exercise science Interest in recovery technology, wellness, and physical therapy. 1 -3 years of experience in a fitness/ wellness, or clinical front desk/sales environment preferred Familiarity with rehab, recovery, or performance-based environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt and remain flexible in day-to-day operations Join us to become an integral part of a dedicated healthcare team where your clinical expertise and compassionate approach will help improve lives every day.
