Modern office setting Growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative team culture Position Summary We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and experienced in both clinical and administrative duties. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

Perform clinical tasks under the supervision of a healthcare provider Conduct phlebotomy and specimen collection Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) Assist during patient exams and procedures Administer medications as directed Place lab orders and prepare specimens Provide basic life support in emergencies Support front desk operations: scheduling, documentation, record maintenance Perform basic medical coding for procedures and diagnoses Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Opportunity for growth and learning of aesthetic procedures

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (required) Spanish fluency (required) - must be able to communicate clearly and compassionately with Spanish-speaking patients Proficiency in clinical and administrative healthcare tasks Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology Excellent communication and patient service skills Calm and professional in emergency situations Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused If you are a bilingual Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and looking to grow in a dynamic and supportive practice, we'd love to hear from you.
