Job Description

CR Fletcher is seeking a Certified Medical Office Assistant for a client company that is a large medical provider in the Syracuse area.
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and verify insurance information Maintain and update electronic medical records Assist with vital signs, rooming patients, and preparing exam rooms Support physicians and nurses with administrative tasks and assist with basic clinical tasks
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Office Assistant (CMA or RMA) or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience in a medical office preferred CR Fletcher is an Equal Employment Opportunity staffing partner and employer.
