Conduct patient rooming procedures, including obtaining medical histories, vital signs, and intake documentation. Support physicians during examinations and clinical procedures to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Perform administrative duties such as scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating patient discharge processes. Arrange diagnostic testing and manage insurance authorizations through third-party providers and healthcare systems. Serve as a point of communication between patients and providers, helping facilitate quality care and positive patient experiences. Work directly with the doctors/surgeron onsite.
