40 Hours per Week Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care and clinical operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong patient care experience, excellent communication skills, and hands-on clinical experience including blood pressure checks, EKGs, and phlebotomy. Key Responsibilities Perform patient care duties including vital signs, EKGs, specimen collection, and phlebotomy Assist physicians with exams and procedures Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterilization standards Enter orders and update patient records within EMR systems Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration Manage patient charts, referrals, lab reports, and medical records Maintain inventory and restock medical supplies Verify and update insurance information as needed Follow HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines Provide excellent communication and support to patients and families Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Completion of an approved Medical Assistant program Medical Assistant Certification preferred BLS Certification (AHA required) Experience with BP checks, EKGs, and Phlebotomy required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology preferred Required Skills Phlebotomy EKG Vital Signs Patient Care Medical Terminology HIPAA Compliance EMR Documentation Scheduling & Registration MS Office (Basic) For more details reach at
