PM Pay:

$15•$18 per hour (based on experience) We are seeking a reliable, professional, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our urgent care team. The ideal candidate will provide both front-office and clinical support to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Register patients in the EMR system Greet patients professionally, both in person and over the phone Answer questions promptly or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff Schedule appointments to optimize provider availability and patient satisfaction Notify providers of patient arrivals Retrieve and update patient records to ensure accurate treatment information Verify financial records, collect patient charges, and process insurance claims Maintain office inventory and equipment by monitoring supply needs and placing orders

Qualifications:

Previous medical assistant or healthcare office experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, courteous, and patient-focused demeanor Knowledge of EMR systems and insurance claims is a plus
