Part-Time Medical Assistant

Neurology Diagnostics is seeking a reliable and adaptable Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in both front desk operations and clinical support , and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Schedule Part-time:

3-4 days per week Day shift (no evenings or weekends) Responsibilities Greet and check in patients at the front desk Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow Verify insurance and collect patient information Room patients and obtain vital signs Assist providers with patient care and documentation Maintain clean and organized exam rooms Support both administrative and clinical workflows as needed Requirements Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred Must be comfortable working both front desk and clinical roles Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented About Us Neurology Diagnostics is an independent outpatient neurology practice serving the Dayton community for over 25 years.
