Job Description
Buckeye Anti Aging specializes in weight loss, anti aging, hormone replacement therapy and helping patient recover from injuries. We are looking for a new team member who is interested in helping people change their lives for the better through anti aging services and physical medicine. If you want to help change lives this may be the position for you!!!! Comprehensive on the job training is provided as long as you are willing.
Job Duties:
- General administrative tasks: answering phones, scheduling patients, outgoing communications like fax and email
- Assisting medical staff with patient management and procedures
- Ensure consent forms and required documentation is scanned into patient files
- Call patients with bloodwork results and recommendations from the MD
- Comfortable with venipuncture/phlebotomize
- Scheduling medical procedures and understanding of procedure that will be performed
Job Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Capability as a team member and able to take direction
- Outgoing and friendly personality

Full-time Monday-Thursday:
9:00 AM-7:00 PM (lunch between 1:00 PM- 2:30 PM) Off-Friday-Sunday Pay
- 18•20 hourly
