What You'll Do This is a dynamic Medical Assistant role that blends clinical expertise with administrative precision. You will support one provider, work closely with our Lead Medical Assistant, and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Primary work location:
This role requires travel to all clinic sites—Westerville, Grove City, and New Albany—as operational needs arise. Onboarding will take place in our New Albany office Travel between clinics may be required based on operational needs Build strong patient relationships while supporting a procedure‑forward specialty Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Support physicians and mid‑level practitioners by preparing patients for visits, obtaining vital signs, assisting with procedures, managing clinical documentation, coordinating daily workflow, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations within an interventional pain management setting Patient chart preparation UDS (Urine Drug Screen) collections Patient clinical check‑in and visit preparation Medication prior authorizations Clinical referral management Assistance with procedure pre‑op and post‑op care EMR documentation and task management Maintaining clean, organized, and compliant clinical spaces Why Choose Us We're a rapidly growing Interventional Pain Practice, and we are excited to welcome a new team member who values excellence, teamwork, and patient‑centered care. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a specialty or high‑volume clinical setting Pain management, orthopedics, neurology, urgent care, or similar specialties preferred Strong clinical judgment and the ability to anticipate provider needs Confidence assisting with procedures and managing both clinical and administrative tasks BLS Certification and CMA credentials Reliable ability to commute to Columbus, OH Flexibility to support multiple clinic locations as needed Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability If you're enthusiastic, well‑organized, and ready to grow with a practice that values excellence and compassion, we want to hear from you.
