Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Medical Assistant (Spanish and English) to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, complete medical assistant duties, provide exceptional customer service, and schedule appointments and support. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a professional and friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Medical assistant and front desk duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization Can speak and write in English and Spanish. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain appointment calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate calendar management for staff or executives Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Use office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports and maintain records Support clerical tasks including photocopying, faxing, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory Requirements Medical Assistant certification required Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills Bilingual abilities are required to serve diverse client needs effectively. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets warmth!
