Responsibilities Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort throughout appointments Assist the healthcare provider during examinations, treatments, and minor procedures Maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including medical histories, ICD coding, and treatment notes Support clinical workflows by managing inventory of supplies, sterilizing equipment, and preparing exam rooms for patient visits Skills Strong knowledge of medical terminology Proficiency with EHR systems for accurate charting Excellent patient service skills with a caring attitude that reassures patients of their comfort and safety This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their expertise in a medical setting while providing compassionate patient care.
