We are seeking a highly motivated Medical Assistant to join our fun, fast-paced Urogynecology practice. In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team of medical assistants, providers, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care. This position plays a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the clinic while assisting both providers and patients during a variety of procedures. You will be an integral member of a close-knit team focused on communication, organization, and providing a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities Interview patients and accurately document medical history Assist with scheduling and organizing patient appointments Update and maintain patient records in Epic (EMR system) Assist providers during exams and in-office procedures Prepare, stock, and maintain exam/treatment rooms Clean, sterilize, and autoclave medical instruments Perform clinical duties such as vital signs, straight catheterization, and other relevant procedures Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Medical Assistant required Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic medical records Urology or Gynecology experience preferred, but not required Knowledge of medical office workflows strongly preferred Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and grow Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset Effective verbal and written communication skills CMA certification or relevant degree is a plus, but not required
