Medical Assistant
  • Family Medicine (OKC Metro) ✨ Float Position | 4½-Day Work Week
  • Friday Afternoons Off!
✨ Primary Health Partners is a patient-focused family medicine practice dedicated to changing the healthcare experience for the better. We're growing and looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to provide exceptional care under the supervision of board-certified physicians. This is a float position , so flexibility and a love for variety are key! Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepares patients for examination and or treatments
  • Rooms patients, collects patient history/takes vitals
  • Performs routine lab functions
  • including blood draws
  • Administers injections/assist with office based procedures
  • Assist in dispensing of in-house pharmacy medications
  • Accurate charting and documentation in EMR
  • Assist with referrals and pre-authorizations
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Certifications:
Current ACLS or BLS Certification, or willing to renew
Experience:
2+ years working as a nurse in a clinic setting is strongly preferred.
