Job Description

Valley Immediate Care | Multiple Locations | Full-Time Are you an experienced Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your day? Valley Immediate Care seeks a high-performing, flexible Medical Assistant to join our team as a Float MA, supporting multiple clinic locations while offering exposure to advanced clinical skills and career growth opportunities.
You will:
Train at our Central Point location, and have Central Point as your home base for scheduling/training. Provide coverage across multiple clinics (including Grants Pass, Ashland, Eagle Point, and surrounding areas) Step into a key support role that keeps our clinics running smoothly Have a clear pathway into Urgent Care Tech (UCT) and X-ray roles
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent Previous healthcare experience Experienced Medical Assistant (urgent care or fast-paced clinic preferred) Strong customer service mindset Ability to float between locations (flexibility is key) Team player with a positive, solution-focused attitude Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-moving environment Interest in growing into UCT or X-ray roles

Rate:
Starting at $21.90-$24- DOE, Significant increase upon completion of X-Ray certification.
