CFD's psychiatric and medical services are growing, and we are searching for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team! CFD's mission: CFD joins respectfully with diverse individuals and families to identify and access their strengths and resources to enhance their lives as well as their participation in the community. CFD ensures effective services by providing education and training for staff and interns. The ideal candidate has the following attributes: Excellent communication skills, High attention to detail and organization, Ability to work as part of a team, Ability to stay calm in difficult or stressful situations, Dependability, Dedication to high quality patient care, Adherence to patient confidentiality, Experience in a behavioral health setting (preferred). Proficiency in use of computers (electronic health records, MS Office, etc.) essential.
Job duties include:
Working alongside a team of medical assistants, performing injections, maintaining medical inventory, managing and coordinating multiple schedules- provider, medication sessions, injections triaging phone calls and patient requests, collecting urine samples, completing provider orders, processing medication prior authorization requests, preparing for next day scheduled patients, monitoring on-site medication treatment sessions, backing up other medical assistants as needed, other related clinical support duties. Successful completion of background check required upon hire. Competitive annual salary dependent on experience. Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits (eligible on 1st of the month following 30 days worked), paid time off (PTO) including sick time, plus holidays.
