We are full service podiatry clinic with 5 doctors. We are currently looking for one medical assistant to work in our Lake Oswego office and must be willing to go to Canby office. We are looking to hire one full-time Medical Assistant! Here's why working for us is an opportunity you cannot miss: 1.

You will get the opportunity to assist the doctor for in-office procedures as well as foot & ankle surgeries in our surgery suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
  • Take patient vital signs and record medical history
  • Prepare injections and assist in procedures as directed by healthcare providers
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
  • Perform basic laboratory tests such as blood draws
  • Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and general health information
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of examination rooms
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
  • Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and instruments
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information Prefer x-ray limited license but will consider candidates without, also prefer phlebotomy experience.
