Job Description

Lead. Mentor. Grow. Are you an experienced Medical Assistant or Urgent Care Technician who thrives in a fast-paced urgent care environment? Do you enjoy training others, supporting providers, and helping your team succeed? Valley Immediate Care is seeking a skilled clinical professional to join our leadership team as a Lab Team Lead . This is a working leadership role where you'll continue to provide direct patient care while helping develop and support the clinical staff around you. What You'll Do As a Lab Team Lead, you will: Serve as a clinical leader and role model for the team. Mentor and train new Medical Assistants and Urgent Care Technicians. Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency. Assist providers with laboratory and clinical procedures. Help ensure high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. Collaborate with clinic leadership on staffing, training, and operational excellence. Function as an active member of the clinical team, including lab and x-ray services if licensed.
What We're Looking ForRequired:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or Urgent Care Technician in an urgent care, emergency department, or high-volume outpatient setting. Excellent multitasking and patient care skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Passion for mentoring and helping others grow. Limited Permit X-Ray license or willingness to obtain certification.
