As a bilingual team member, you'll help ensure Spanish-speaking patients receive equitable, high-quality care and feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their visit. We provide training, mentorship, and a supportive environment where you can grow while making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do In this role, you'll be part of the clinical team supporting patients through their visit and helping create a safe, respectful, and efficient experience. On a typical day, you might: Room patients, take vital signs, and prepare them for their visit Support providers during exams and procedures Assist with lab work, including specimen collection and processing Clean, stock, and prepare exam rooms and instruments Answer patient questions and help them feel informed and at ease Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish Work closely with your team to keep the clinic running smoothly You'll play an essential role in delivering high-quality sexual and reproductive health care while helping ensure every patient is treated with dignity and respect. Schedule & Location This is a part-time position (34 hours/week) at our East Portland Health Center. Schedule Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday 10:30am

Occasional work at other times, days, or PPCW locations may be required to support operational needs. What We're Looking For We know great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds. Required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish 2+ years of experience in a customer service or high-volume environment Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients and coworkers Comfort working independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment Nice to Have Experience in a medical setting or working directly with patients Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EMT, or CNA certification Pay & Growth $20.37

68/hour Pay is based on experience and internal equity, with opportunities to grow over time.
Additional Pay Opportunities Bilingual premium:
