Portland Face Doctor is one of the top aesthetic medicine and plastic surgery practices in the Pacific Northwest, and Dr. Peter Vila is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon.

Portland Face Doctor is dedicated to creating the best patient experience possible for patients. By joining an inspiring team, you will function to impact the lives of many patients as they navigate an intensely personal journey. The Medical Assistant will provide nonsurgical treatment including injectables and laser treatments, assist with pre-operative and post-operative care, and help run an office-based surgery center in the Portland, OR metropolitan area dedicated solely to aesthetic plastic surgery, working closely with Dr. Vila. Schedule will vary, but the practice is open:
Monday:
7:30 AM•4:30
PM Tuesday:
7:30 AM•4:30
PM Wednesday:
7:30 AM•4:30
PM Thursday:
7:30 AM•4:30
PM Friday:
7:30 AM•4:30 PM We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with our office. If you have previous experience as a Medical Assistant or are currently pursuing education in the medical field, we would love to hear from you!
Specific Duties Include:
Turning over patient rooms Assisting the surgeon with any needed patient care tasks Recording vital signs as necessary Preparing patients for procedures Occasionally assisting the front office with administrative tasks Ideal Candidate Qualifications Punctual and reliable Takes responsibility and initiative Shows self-motivation Follows directions well Strong attention to detail Maintains positive attitude Provides excellent customer service-oriented patient care Please include a cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this position.
