• Full-time Our established and growing chiropractic office is looking for a full-time Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to join our TEAM!

The Treatment Coordinator CA will interact mostly with new and returning patients and will be responsible for efficient flow of patients to maximize doctor and staff time during office hours.

Basic daily task/responsibilities include:

Collecting patient histories and vitals Assisting doctors in patient examinations Transcribing doctors notes and exams Setting up unattended therapies on patients Measuring and recording vitals Reviewing insurance coverage with patients Controlling office flow by directing patients and doctors to various rooms in office Explaining paperwork and use of iPads to patients Various administrative duties

• ie billing and insurance, light cleaning, marketing, ect

Hours of Operation:

MONDAY

• THURSDAY 8AM-12PM & 2PM-7PM (split shift)

FRIDAY 830AM-1130AM

(33-38 hours/week) Must possess the following skills and attributes: Embody a happy & caring attitude toward others Have a general sense of well-being and be in good health Professional appearance and professional experience Be willing and ABLE to keep up in a super FAST paced environment Capable of anticipating the needs of the doctors and patients Strong multi-tasking skills & the ability to not be easily overwhelmed by organized chaos Exceptional communication skills on the phone, in person, & in writing with a focus on patient service and care Be comfortable doing marketing in and out of the office, planning and executing events Computer literacy & ability to learn and run medical records software Offer incredible dependability & flexibility.
