Job Description

TOPS Staffing is hiring for an entry level Repair Technician in Clinton, PA. Are you someone who enjoys hands-on work and is eager to jumpstart a career in technical repair? We're looking for motivated individuals to join a growing medical device company as Repair Technicians. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training, flexible schedules, and the chance to grow into higher roles within the organization. Schedule & Pay Hours:
start between 12:00 PM and 2:00
PM Schedule:
Choose between working an 8-hour Monday through Friday or 10-hour Monday through Thursday schedule Choose a workweek that fits your lifestyle with 4 or 5 days !
Starting pay:
$18.75 per hour Progression within division opportunity to advance to higher level roles paying up to $25 per hour Job Overview Support the repair and refurbishment of medical devices in a clean, organized environment. Assist with processing incoming units, cleaning and decontamination, performing basic repairs, and preparing products for shipment. This role offers hands-on experience, steady hours, and opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities Process and inspect incoming medical devices Assist with cleaning and decontamination procedures Perform basic repair and assembly tasks with guidance Use hand and power tools for disassembly and reassembly Prepare finished units for packaging and shipment Follow safety, quality, and work instructions Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Comfortable with small hand tools and basic power tools Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills Ability to safely lift and handle equipment Physical & Work Environment Ability to work in a clean, organized production environment Comfortable wearing PPE such as gloves and masks Physically capable of lifting and handling equipment as needed This is a fantastic chance to start your career in medical device repair with comprehensive training and room for growth.
