Job Description:
In this role, you'll be a key part of helping clients access the services they need. You'll handle referrals, schedule evaluations, support prescribers, and keep client records organized and compliant
  • all while providing friendly, reliable support to both clients and staff.

$17 /hourWhat You'll Do
  • Process all incoming referrals quickly and accurately, including verifying insurance eligibility
  • Input and manage referral information within the electronic health record system
  • Ensure referral information is transmitted promptly to the appropriate team or service
  • Process payments related to record releases and ensure accurate documentation of all transactions.
  • Manage the release of client treatment records to law offices, disability firms, and behavioral health agencies while strictly adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate professionally with external partners throughout the medical record release process to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
  • Maintain a detailed tracking spreadsheet for all record requests in alignment with record‑keeping protocols
  • Support prescribers and clinical staff as needed
  • Maintain client records throughout their lifecycle-from data entry and release of information to archiving
  • Provide friendly, professional assistance to clients both in person and over the phone
What We're Looking For:
    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent
      Experience:
      At least one year in a medical, mental health, or professional office setting with customer service and data entry responsibilities
