Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, verifying insurance information, and updating medical records Must be able to use EXCEL spreadsheet to create hard copy schedules Must call to confirm all appointments Pull Charts Schedule Create Work Statuses Answer phones Translate Take referrals Skills Strong knowledge of orthopedic care for personal injury cases Proficiency for documentation, scheduling, and communication across clinical teams Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations in outpatient or inpatient settings Solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, medication administration protocols, and vital signs assessment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their healthcare career while making a positive impact on patients' lives.
