Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Excellent opportunity for a full-time medical secretary working the front office in a busy single specialty practice. Responsibilities include obtaining accurate patient demographic information, checking in/out patients, scheduling tests both in office and at outside facilities, and answering the phone. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. As the face of the practice, candidates should possess excellent customer service and critical thinking skills. Additionally, candidates should have strong multi-tasking abilities. This position is Monday through Friday, normal working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
