Job Description

Otolaryngology Plastic Surgery Associates, P.C. is seeking a Full-time Medical Assistant to perform clinical duties to support our Physicians in providing outstanding patient care. Various Front Desk duties will also be included in the day-to-day responsibilities in this role. We are a Privately owned ENT practice with offices located in Doylestown, Lansdale and Sellersville. We believe in Celebrating our Team! Work/Office Hours are Monday - Thursday 8 am to 5 pm Friday 7:15 am - 3 pm
  • No nights or weekends!
Experience Preferred:
  • 1+ years in Medical Assistant role
  • Medical Administrative support
Qualifications Include:
  • Experience working in a Medical Office
  • Ability to display professionalism with patients, physicians and team members.
  • Complete understanding of HIPPA regulations
  • Patient Service experience
  • Medical Records management
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in CPT coding
  • Front Desk operations; computer skills, multiple phones lines
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
