Your day-to-day will include:
Performing DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing Preparing patients for exams and conducting ancillary testing (vital signs, vaccinations, phlebotomy, pulmonary function testing, audiometry, and respirator fit testing) Assisting clinicians with procedures and injury care, including applying bandages, dressings, and splints as directed Dispensing medications and durable medical equipment (DME) in accordance with state guidelines Keeping exam rooms clean, well-stocked, and equipment properly calibrated Accurately documenting patient encounters and supporting triage Handling front office responsibilities: welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, managing multi-line phones, and communicating with employer clients Additional opportunities include: Traveling to employer sites for on-site services using our mobile health units Contributing to patient experience and quality improvement projects Supporting both clinical and administrative functions across the team Getting involved in new service launches as we continue to grow
Requirements:

Required:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) — or currently enrolled in an MA program with hands-on experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the phone Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment with shifting priorities Professional, friendly demeanor with a team-first attitude Basic computer proficiency and comfort with electronic health records (EHR) Preferred (but not required - we'll train the right person): Phlebotomy experience Familiarity with DOT testing procedures Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or a similar outpatient setting
Physical Requirements:
This role involves standing for extended periods, assisting with patient positioning, and occasional travel to off-site locations. PI284995923
