Medical Assistant Seraly Eye Care Associates Full-Time Job Summary Seraly Eye Care Associates is seeking a dependable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing optometric practice. In this role, you will support patient care by performing pre-testing, assisting with exams, and helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient. No prior experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate! Responsibilities Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain medical histories Perform pre-testing and eye measurements using modern diagnostic equipment Accurately document patient information in charts/EMR Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms Assist with front desk duties: Patient check-in and check-out Insurance verification Answering phones and scheduling Order contact lens supplies and maintain inventory Support team with additional tasks as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team player Willingness to learn and grow in the role Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off (PTO) Vision benefits 401(k) Professional development assistance Employee discount Why Work With Us?
