This is an internal medicine/endocrinology practice. We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual primarily for a front desk position. Duties include, but are not limited to, checking in patients, answering/returning phone calls, transferring messages to providers, scheduling appointments, and scanning documents. It would be of benefit if a candidate has a medical background and can assist with patient care as needed. We are looking for candidates with a pleasant disposition who have a good patient rapport even in challenging situations. Must be comfortable using an electronic medical record, and we are willing to train with our EMR system.
