Medical Assistant

We are seeking reliable and patient-focused Medical Assistants to join a growing healthcare team across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. This is a dual-role position combining both clinical and front desk responsibilities, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy both patient care and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Room patients, obtain vital signs, and assist providers during patient visits Document patient information accurately in the EMR Coordinate patient flow to ensure an efficient clinic experience Schedule appointments and manage calendars Answer phones, handle patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service Assist with general front desk operations and patient check-in/check-out Support overall patient care coordination and follow-up

Qualifications:

Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities Comfortable balancing both clinical and administrative responsibilities Reliable transportation and willingness to commute daily between locations as needed

INDLP Pay:
