Curant Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for performing duties related to supporting the clinical services team, to include, but not limited to, enrolling patients from assigned clinics, providers, and/or direct patient outreach initiatives into Care Management. The CMA must review and document in EHRs, contact referrals- explaining the benefits for using Curant Health, and appropriately enroll the referral. Responsibilities General administrative support as assigned by manager, such as, but not limited to, printing daily mailing in accordance with specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs), data entry, and other clerical/clinical tasks. Provide a superior experience by communicating on the phone with all stakeholders (patients, providers, pharmacies, etc.). Provide superior support to the Clinical Services Team to help complete tasks and activities to promote improved adherence for patients. Works to organize and prioritize daily workload to meet company goals and priorities. Provide clear, complete, and accurate documentation. Perform other duties as assigned with adhering to compliance associated with HIPAA. Work independently to complete assigned daily tasks and activities. Maintain harmony and a teamwork attitude within the department Exhibits an upbeat attitude and a genuine interest in others Qualifications Healthcare experience required 2+ years of Clinical experience in a pharmacy or outpatient setting Experience in sales and customer service preferred To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
