Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Clinical Support Specialist to join our team for a high-volume, 3-month project. This role is critical to ensuring our clinical operations remain compliant and timely. You will be responsible for the quality control, tracking, and processing of clinical documentation within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to facilitate the mailing of time-sensitive adverse decision letters. 100%
Remote:
Must have a dedicated home office setup with high-speed internet, but must live in the area for on site meetings when needed.
Pace:
This role is being added due to an increased workload; the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks.
salary:
$19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

Proofread clinical documents and decision letters for accuracy, grammar, and compliance with internal standards.
Data Management:
Accurate and efficient data entry of clinical information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Document Control:
Upload and organize clinical files to ensure a seamless digital trail for audit and reporting purposes.
Workflow Tracking:
Monitor and track the progress of files to ensure all adverse decision letters are mailed within strict regulatory and departmental deadlines.
Administrative Support:
Assist with high-volume workload spikes to ensure no backlog occurs in the clinical notification process.
