Clinical Trial Assistant

Description Supports a single molecule across multiple clinical programs, handling CTM‑delegated trial coordination and administrative activities that do not require CTM or Sr. CTM oversight. This role enables efficient study execution through strong organization, document control, and operational tracking, and provides foundational CTMS data support for a system that is in place but not yet fully utilized. Skills TMF, Clinical Trials, IRB, ctms, Clinical research, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle and GCP Experience supporting multiple studies concurrently Familiarity with clinical systems (e.g., CTMS, document repositories) Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through Ability to take ownership as needed Ability to work effectively in an environment with developing processes and infrastructure Prior sponsor‑side CTA experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of South San Francisco, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
