Source 23 Psychiatry, LLC | Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid) Source 23 Psychiatry, LLC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional medical administrative assistant to support a growing outpatient psychiatric practice. This role is well suited for someone who is self-motivated, works independently, is well-organized, and communicates effectively to promote positive patient interactions. The hybrid position combines remote practice support with weekly in-person clinical and administrative responsibilities in Columbus. Wednesday:
9:30 AM•4:15 PM Potential for additional hours in the future based on practice needs. Responsibilities Calendar and scheduling management Patient portal message monitoring and callbacks Lab order entry Fax/document monitoring Drafting provider letters (established templates provided) Pre-evaluation preparation Navigating electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient scheduling platforms In-person clinical administrative support on Wednesdays, including vital signs (will train) Required Qualifications Prior healthcare administrative experience Must reside in the Columbus area Availability during weekday daytime business hours Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach to patient interactions Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Independent self-starter with consistent follow-through Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks Preferred Qualifications Behavioral health or psychiatry experience Medical assistant experience Experience with electronic health records (EHR) Familiarity with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and patient confidentiality requirements (training course can be provided, if needed) Comfortable supporting a growing outpatient psychiatry practice Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Takes initiative and anticipates needs to support the practice Is responsive, dependable, and solutions-oriented Is comfortable working independently Values empathy, integrity, and excellent patient service Source 23 Psychiatry, LLC is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care and is seeking a team member who reflects those qualities.
