What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hybrid work model with remote work opportunities Competitive compensation Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Supplemental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Supportive and collaborative team environment Position Responsibilities As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will: Serve as a liaison between providers, patients, caregivers, pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare partners Perform triage duties and assist in managing patient care needs Process prescription refill requests as directed by providers Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records (EMR) Verify patient demographics, medical histories, and clinical information Obtain, review, and document laboratory results Coordinate urgent and same-day patient appointments with the Scheduling Team Respond to patient and caregiver inquiries promptly and professionally Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare standards Support care coordination efforts across interdisciplinary teams What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
