Role:

We are hiring a bilingual Medical Technician to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with smartphones and patient interaction. You'll teach patients how to use a Bluetooth blood pressure cuff and ensure their readings are sent to their doctor daily.

Responsibilities:

Identify patients eligible for RPM using diagnosis codes Download the app to patients' smartphones and teach them how to use it Pair the app with a Bluetooth blood pressure cuff Educate patients on taking readings at least 4x/week Monitor compliance and follow up with patients as needed Communicate abnormal readings to the clinic Log patient interactions and updates Need to be able to commute to two locations

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of medical office experience Strong communication and teaching skills Comfortable with mobile apps and Bluetooth devices Familiarity with chronic conditions is helpful EMR knowledge is a plus

Details:

1099 contractor role (independent, not W-2) $15/hour Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) No weekends
