This role is more than administrative work. You'll help families navigate insurance processes, maintain accurate patient information, and support access to critical services for children with autism. You'll join a collaborative Revenue Cycle Management team that values accuracy, compassion, strong communication, and meaningful service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in organized, detail-oriented work while still enjoying connection with families and teammates. What You'll Do Complete monthly insurance eligibility checks for primary and secondary insurance coverage Conduct full benefit checks as needed Partner with families to obtain updated insurance information and coordinate insurance changes Work with the Autism Insurance Resource Center to help resolve coverage issues Obtain prescriptions from pediatricians for Speech and Occupational Therapy services Track and manage Release of Information (ROI) requests Collect and submit documentation to insurance carriers and patients as requested Maintain and update Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including patient demographics and insurance information Upload and organize patient files within the EMR system Assist with insurance audits and compliance requests Review and process daily insurance-related mail Provide general administrative and office support Assist with special projects as needed What You Bring Understanding of CPT codes and insurance authorization processes for behavioral health preferred Training available for highly qualified candidates with strong administrative experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines consistently CentralReach experience preferred Embody Proven's core values through professionalism, warmth, and teamwork Emotionally and intellectually intelligent approach to supporting families and colleagues Genuine joy in supporting work that impacts children and families Why Proven Collaborative and supportive team environment Meaningful mission-driven work Opportunity to grow within a specialized healthcare setting Strong leadership support and training Family-centered culture focused on compassion and excellence Let's Build Something Meaningful If you're someone who values organization, accuracy, and compassionate support work that truly impacts families, we'd love to connect.
