We're looking for a Medical Assistant / Patient Experience Specialist who is passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and providing white-glove service from consultation to post-op recovery.   • Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Support:
Greet and guide patients through every step of their visit Prepare treatment rooms for both surgical and non-surgical procedures Assist the provider during exams and treatments Anticipate and prepare necessary instruments and supplies Maintain cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms between appointments Support the surgeon during surgical planning visits
Administrative Duties:
Collect and document patient medical history and treatment details Ensure accurate charting and maintain patient journey checklists Help schedule and coordinate appointments for new and returning patients Educate patients about aesthetic and surgical procedures Respond to patient inquiries via phone and text Retrieve and upload medical records, imaging, and clearance documents
Qualifications:
Experience in patient care or as a medical assistant (plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred) Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills Comfortable assisting with clinical care and minor procedures Warm, professional presence with a passion for beauty and wellness Able to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a dynamic setting Proficient with EMRs and digital communication tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Expected Schedule:
This is a hybrid position. You will work in-office on Tuesdays and Fridays, and remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Hours:
