Remote Medical Assistant

Seeking a Medical Assistant with experience for our remote Blood Pressure Monitoring Associate Department. Competitive salary and benefit package offered.

EXPERIENCE

: Preferred 1-3 year of Medical Assistant work experience in a Cardiology office/Medical office setting.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

: High School Diploma or equivalent.

LICENSURE

MA Diploma or Certification Required.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The BP Monitoring Associate is responsible for accurately measuring, recording, and reporting blood pressure readings in accordance with established protocols. Educate patients or participants on blood pressure readings, healthy ranges, and general cardiovascular health. Bilingual (English / Spanish). Assist with health surveys, data entry, and documentation of patient information. Ensure all equipment is calibrated appropriately Monitor and flag abnormal or high-risk readings for referral to healthcare providers. Participate in wellness calls or remote monitoring initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA or other applicable privacy regulations. Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive patient experience.
