Job Description

We are currently searching for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to fill the role of ABA Therapy Clinical Assistant that is seeking their BCBA or BCaBA certification, to provide support and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The Clinical Assistant will be working in a the clinic setting with children ages 2-6 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). ABLE Kids will provide necessary supervision to fulfill requirements to sit for the BCBA exam. Opportunities available for tuition reimbursement assistance upon graduation.
Experience:
Must maintain RBT credential in good standing (required) Must be seeking BCBA or BCaBA Credential (required)
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Train new hires under the guidance of the BCBA Supervisor Will provide direct therapy coverage if needed after lead RBT Assist in BCBA related activities as part of BCBA/ BCaBA experience hours/ supervision under the guidance of the BCBA Supervisor Will assist in administrative duties to include: Ensures session notes are completed in a timely manner & audit for accuracy in Central Reach Ensures timesheets are converted in a timely manner in Central Reach Updates daily attendance report in
Central Reach Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or completed Master's degree in pursuit of BCBA or BCaBA certification Reliable mode of transportation to and from the clinic RBT Certification Experience and willingness to work with young children Be willing to receive CPR training and a background check We are in search of someone who is looking to build a career and who exudes passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
