Certified Medical Assistant Pediatrics

Duties and Responsibilities Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, helping create a calm, welcoming environment Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and patient histories accurately and efficiently Prepare exam rooms and ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each visit Assist providers during exams, procedures, and immunizations with care and attention to detail Perform waived lab tests (flu, strep, RSV, COVID, etc.) and document results accurately Manage vaccine preparation and documentation in compliance with CDC and VFC guidelines Maintain and update patient records in the EMR (eClinicalWorks experience preferred) Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient follow-ups with professionalism and empathy Support coordination of care, referrals, and patient education to ensure continuity and understanding Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards Participate in daily huddles, staff meetings, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives Contribute to a positive, team based culture that reflects the Totality Pediatrics mission "Here from beginning to grown." Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
