This is an incredibly rewarding career as over 95% of couples trying to conceive will conceive with our help. We're looking for a candidate with at least one year of administrative experience in healthcare whose duties will include: Working with insurance companies to obtain insurance authorizations Manage prescription requests and complete medication prior-authorizations Scheduling patient appointments and entering lab orders Communication with patients via telephone and email All other administrative and clerical tasks. Must be well organized, have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position of approximately 36 - 40 hours per week in our Mt Pleasant, SC office. Coastal Fertility Specialists consists of five clinical and two administrative offices. We have over 100 employees including 5 physicians, RN's, and a complete embryology team all driven to be the best Reproductive Endocrinology practice in the southeast.
