Position Overview:

We are seeking a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or LPN who embodies sophistication, emotional intelligence, and impeccable attention to detail. This role is integral to maintaining the elevated standard of care and seamless experience our clientele expect. You will work directly with our provider to ensure every patient encounter feels effortless and personalized.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist providers during aesthetic procedures (e.g., injectables, laser treatments, microneedling) Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, sterile environment Perform patient intake, charting, and accurate documentation Uphold the strictest confidentiality standards Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care Ensure compliance with safety and HIPAA regulations Capture high-quality before-and-after photography Orchestrate a seamless patient journey from arrival to departure Manage inventory and order supplies as needed Support front desk duties when required (scheduling, check-in/out) Daily cleaning and janitorial type work at beginning and end of shift and as needed.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with laser devices and aesthetic technologies Familiarity with EMR systems Passion for beauty, wellness, and patient care Previous experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, family medicine, or internal medicine is a bonus
